What is your shipping policy?

We offer Domestic shipping to the United States that have been fulfilled and shipped, arriving within (4-14 Days). All International shipping is fulfilled with USPS First Class shipping International (7-25 Days).

Our return policy requires the item to be sent back or not recieved within 30 days of the original purchase date. If you would like to return an item that is in new condition and still in its original packaging, we will gladly assist in reviewing your order for exchange. If an item purchased is defective or damaged, we will offer a full refund or a replacement product. To qualify for a refund, we require that photos be sent via email so that we may properly assess these items in question. We recommend adding insurance to cover oversea shipments of over $75. In the event that an order is lost, sent to the wrong address or stolen, we offer a 50% refund due to high risk shipping to certain areas. To better keep your shipment safe please keep and eye out with tracking and recieving packages directly from the delivery carrier.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow up to 5 days excluding weekends and holidays for order to be assembled, processing/payment verification, and an additional 4-14 Business Days for delivery for Domestic orders, and 7-25 Days for International orders.  All Orders can be Tracked via USPS or 17 track.net.

Do you restock your inventory?

Due to the limited nature of each collection, restocks may not be available for certain items. Limited releases will not be re-stocked once sold out.
